1. Who we are

Scamrisk (operated at scamrisk.xyz) is a Solana memecoin risk-analytics service. We provide a public web dashboard and a Chrome browser extension (the “Scamrisk Risk Bar”) that overlays live risk scores onto third-party trading sites.

2. What the extension does

The extension activates only on the trading domains declared in its manifest (e.g. axiom.trade). When you open a token page on one of those sites, the extension reads the token mint address from the URL or the visible page DOM and queries our public API at api.scamrisk.xyz for the risk score, ring-detection result, and holder cohort breakdown of that mint.

3. Data we collect from the extension

  • Mint addresses you view. The on-chain address of the Solana token you are currently looking at is sent to our API to fetch its risk profile. This is public on-chain data and is not tied to your identity.
  • Standard HTTP metadata. Our API server logs request timestamps, IP address (used only for abuse prevention and rate limiting), and the extension version. Logs are rotated within 14 days.

4. Data we do NOT collect

  • We do not read or transmit your wallet seed phrase, private keys, or signed transactions.
  • We do not access cookies, local storage, or form fields of any third-party site.
  • We do not track your browsing on sites outside the declared host_permissions.
  • We do not sell, share, or rent any user data to third parties.
  • We do not use the data we collect for advertising, profiling, or determining creditworthiness.

5. Local storage

The extension uses the browser’s chrome.storage API only to remember your preferences (e.g. preferred risk threshold, opt-in settings) and a short-lived cache of recent risk scores. This data stays in your browser and is never transmitted to us.

6. Web dashboard accounts

If you connect a Solana wallet to the web dashboard at scamrisk.xyz, we record only your public wallet address to associate it with your subscription tier (free / Pro). We never request a transaction signature for anything other than payment, and we never request a transaction that drains funds.

7. Children

Scamrisk is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to this policy

Material changes to this policy will be announced on scamrisk.xyz at least 7 days before they take effect.
